I have been sick for the past week and couldn't do exercises. I haven't been able to exercises at all. I am happy to report that I am now feeling better.
I have decided that for the next 10 days I would try out a different exercises everyday and then post about my different findings.
Here are the exercises I am going to try for the next 10 days
1.Bicycling
2.Roller Blading
3.Trampoline
4.Walking
5.Dance
6.Yoga
7.Martial Arts
8.Swimming
9.Weight Training
10.Wii Fit
I think that trying different things will be good for me. I am starting to get tired of always doing to same thing. That isn't good for my motivation.
Today I will start with bicycling. Stay tuned for my review of that activity afterwards.
